— THE PROGRAM
Three stages.
One clear path
to real freedom.
We don't start at the gate. The Path begins inside prison and walks with men through every step toward lasting independence.
Stage 01
In-Prison Formation
Discipleship + life skills before release
Stage 02
Transitional Stability
Housing, employment + accountability
Stage 03
Lasting Independence
Financial, relational + spiritual maturity
BEGINS INSIDE
Stage 01
In-Prison Formation
Most programs begin when a man walks out. We begin long before — building identity, purpose, and practical tools while he's still inside.
Structured discipleship and Bible study curriculum
One-on-one mentorship with trained volunteers
Life skills: budgeting, communication, decision-making
Vocational training pathways and certifications
Pre-release planning — housing, employment, support network
Building accountability relationships before the gate opens
AFTER RELEASE
Stage 02
Transitional Stability
The first 90 days after release are the highest-risk window. We meet men right at the gate with housing, employment support, and a community ready to walk with them.
Safe, structured transitional housing
Employment placement and workplace mentorship
Daily and weekly accountability check-ins
Continued discipleship and community integration
Legal and administrative reentry support
Family restoration and relational support
LONG TERM
Stage 01
Lasting Independence
Independence isn't just a job and an apartment. It's financial wisdom, restored relationships, spiritual maturity, and the confidence to give back.
Financial literacy and credit rebuilding
Ongoing mentorship — as long as it's needed
Faith community integration and leadership development
Father and family restoration programming
Pathway to becoming a mentor for other men
Celebration and recognition of milestones
What the journey looks like.
From first contact inside prison to full independence — here's how it unfolds.
STAGE 01 — IN PRISON
Program enrollment & discipleship begins
A man is introduced to The Path through a partner chaplain or facility program. He begins weekly sessions, one-on-one mentorship, and pre-release planning.
Pre
STAGE 01 — RELEASE DAY
Met at the gate
A Path mentor meets him at release. He moves directly into transitional housing — no gap, no uncertainty, no going back to what broke him.

STAGE 03 — ONGOING
A life fully restored
The Path doesn't put a clock on transformation. We walk with men as long as they need — and celebrate every milestone along the way.
